Cyklokapron prescription: This medication is used for short-term control of bleeding in hemophiliacs, including dental extraction procedures. This drug may also be used for many other conditions in which bleeding control is required such as after surgery or injury, recurrent nosebleeds or abnormal vaginal bleeding. Take exactly as directed. Dosage is generally two to four times daily by mouth. Length of treatment is based on your condition and response. Before using this drug, tell your doctor your medical history, including: any allergies, history of blood clots or bleeding, eye problems (retina/color vision), kidney disease, head injury (subarachnoid hemorrhage).
